A mother and her partner were arrested after officers found two little boys chained up in an apartment in the Groveton area of Fairfax County, Virginia, authorities said.

One man and two women are dead after a crash along West Ox Road in Fairfax County, police say. When police arrived to the single vehicle crash, the vehicle was on fire and the victims in the car were announced dead at the scene, according to police. News4’s Juliana Valencia reports.
